BulutBox Usage Agreement
Parties This agreement is made between the user ("User") who wishes to avail themselves of the server and hosting services provided by BulutBox, and BulutBox, a subsidiary of AçıkSarı Software Limited Company ("BulutBox"). The User may represent individuals or entities seeking to publish, host, or manage websites using the services. BulutBox, on the other hand, is a technology company that provides these services, enabling Users to make their websites accessible online. This agreement establishes a legal and collaborative framework between the User and BulutBox, outlining rights and responsibilities regarding the use of services.
Scope of Services BulutBox offers a comprehensive range of server and hosting services to cater to the diverse needs of its users. These services encompass various aspects of website management, including but not limited to, website hosting, domain registration, email hosting, database management, security solutions, and technical support. Users have the flexibility to choose from a variety of service packages tailored to their specific requirements, with options ranging from basic hosting plans to advanced enterprise solutions. Additionally, BulutBox ensures the scalability and customization of its services, allowing users to easily upgrade or modify their hosting arrangements as their needs evolve. Furthermore, BulutBox commits to maintaining the highest standards of service quality and reliability, employing state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology to deliver optimal performance and uptime for hosted websites. With a focus on user satisfaction and continuous improvement, BulutBox constantly updates and enhances its service offerings to keep pace with evolving industry trends and technological advancements.
User Responsibilities
Payment Obligations:
Users agree to pay the fees determined by BulutBox on time. These payments may vary depending on the service package and features chosen by the user and must be made within the specified periods. In case of non-payment, BulutBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate the use of the services.
Misuse of Services and Prohibited Activities:
Users should avoid misuse of the services and prevent the use of BulutBox's services for commercial purposes or illegal activities.
The following content and activities, prohibited by the government of the Republic of Turkey, are strictly forbidden:

Users agree not to engage in sales outside the conditions set by BulutBox without obtaining a dealership.
Payment Terms Users agree to certain payment terms in exchange for the use of services provided by BulutBox. These payment terms regulate the financial obligations arising from the provision of services and require users to provide the financial resources necessary to access and use the services. Firstly, users commit to making timely payments as determined by BulutBox. These fees may vary depending on the service package chosen by the user, the duration of use, and additional features. Payments are typically due at specified intervals, and delays may result in additional fees or service interruptions. Users also agree to keep their payment methods up to date and to make payments on time. In the event of non-payment, BulutBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate services. In such cases, users may experience disruptions to their access to services and may encounter negative consequences such as data loss or business interruptions. Additionally, users acknowledge and accept the pricing policy and payment terms of the services. This requires users to understand the financial obligations associated with the services and to provide the necessary financial resources to meet these obligations. Ultimately, payment terms are crucial to preserving users' rights to utilize the services provided by BulutBox and ensure the financial stability necessary to maintain the continuity and reliability of the services.

Furthermore, the User acknowledges full responsibility for any actions or transactions carried out on their behalf in connection with the services provided by BulutBox. The User fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this agreement in relation to the use of services provided by BulutBox.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and BulutBox concerning the use of services. If any agreement or statement has not been made in writing, the terms of this agreement shall prevail between the parties. The User agrees to comply with the terms of this agreement, to continue to use the services provided by BulutBox, and to abide by the terms of this agreement.
This acknowledgment will be effective as long as the User benefits from the services provided by BulutBox and continues to use them. The User acknowledges that BulutBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate its services if the User breaches the terms of this agreement. Therefore, the User agrees and commits to fully comply with the terms of this agreement while utilizing the services provided by BulutBox.
